These sessions blend various tools and modalities rooted in nervous system and somatic theory, such as polyvagal practices, somatic shaping, and release of habitual and maladaptive nervous system responses, with spiritual healing modalities such as shamanic breathwork, inner child support, and energy work such as reiki, and tuning the energetic field using tuning forks. These healing sessions are individualized to offer you the ability to move beyond fear and ego, get clarity on your next steps on your journey, and help you integrate past experiences so you can feel connected and whole and tap into your divine potential!

This allows you to respond to life with greater ease, adaptability, resilience, and confidence.
